
Very simpel, filling and good dish for 1 person.
Ingredients:
250 grams chicken breast in strips
1 bell pepper
1 can of chopped tomatoes
250 ml cooking cream
1 clove of garlic
Paprika
Oregano
Salt
Pepper

● Read the entire recipe and possibly do some of the next steps while the water and rice are boiling.
● Bring water to the boil in the small trangia pot.
● Add a teaspoon of salt and add rice to the pan.
● Cook the rice for 15 minutes on low heat - follow the instructions on the back of the package.
● Drain the water and set the pan aside while the sauce is made.
● Cut the pepper into small cubes.
● Cut the chicken into small cubes or thin strips.
● Wash fingers and tools in hot water and dish soap after preparing raw chicken.
● Brown the meat in the large pot in a little fat - all the meat should have a light brown colour.
● When the meat is cooked through, add peppers, garlic and spices.
● Stir for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes and cream
● Let the dish simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
● Pour the rice over the meat and stir, or serve individually.
● Enjoy!
On the pictures I have used onion instead of pepper because I don't like pepper, and I also forgot to add chopped tomtatoes and garlic. Doh
