
I needed to try something new on my Trangia, so I decided to make Pasta Carbonara and went out pretty nice.
Ingredients:
150 gram bacon
75 gram of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (parmesan cheese)
3 eggs
250 gram pasta
1 onion
Additional also water to cook the pasta. I myself added about 250-300 dl of water to the dish along the way.

● Boil the pasta and put it to the side.
● Fry bacon in the pan. Chop the onion and cut the sausages into slices.
● When the bacon is browned, throw the onion into the pan
● While the bacon and onions are enjoying themselves, put 3 eggs and the cheese in a bowl, whisk it well.
● When the bacon and onion are done, pour it over the the pasta and mix it.
● Then pour the egg-cheese mix over the bacon-pasta, mix it real good and now you have carbonara.
