This is a nice dish after a long walk. There is more than enough for 2 people.

Ingredients:
250 grams of minced chicken or beef
1 big grated carrots
1 onion (chopped)
1 can of chopped tomatoes
250 ml cooking cream
2 sausages cut into small pieces
Chicken or beef bullion (cubes)
Spices (oregano, thyme, basil)
Salt
Pepper
Butter or oil for frying
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Accessories
350 grams pasta

● Sauté the chopped onions in a good pat of butter until they are clear but not colored.
● Add sausage to the onion and fry them until they have a nice frying crust.
● Add a mince meat and fry it together with the onions and sausages.
● Pour the grated carrot into the pan and stir.
●  Add the chopped tomatoes and bring the dish to the boil.
● Add a bouillon cube and let the meat sauce continue to simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
● Add the cooking cream for a creamier consistency and rounder taste, stir the cooking cream.
● season with salt and pepper.
● Put the pot with the bolognese to the side and boil pasta.
● When the pasta is done, put some pasta on a plate and pour the bolognese over the pasta.
● Enjoy!

I used 500 grams of minced beef and used fresh pasta instead of dried pasta.
